From the Reichstag we additionally see the Federal Chancellery and the government quarter, the River Spree, the new central station, the bell tower and the “pregnant oyster”.
From the Brandenburg Gate you have a great view of the embassies of the USA and France, the boulevard “Unter den Linden” and the Hotel Adlon. In the opposite direction you see the Victory Column, the Tiergarten park and the Soviet War Memorial.

Get an overview of Berlin’s Top 10 Sights
We start in front of the historic Reichstag building right in the government quarter with a view of the new, magnificent central station, the Federal Chancellery and the bell tower in the Tiergarten. Our second stop is one of Germany’s landmarks – the Brandenburg Gate.
The American, French, British and Russian embassies are in the immediate vicinity, and the world-famous Hotel Adlon at the end of the boulevard “Unter den Linden” lies right in between.
Our third stop is Gendarmenmarkt, the most beautiful square in Berlin, with its three main sights: German Cathedral, French Cathedral and the Concert Hall.
From there we continue along the splendid boulevard “Unter den Linden” towards the new (old) Berlin Palace, Berlin Cathedral, Museum Island, the Lustgarten and the monuments to Prussian culture.
