TourguideMe Berlin offers private and public guided tours in Berlin and Potsdam – individually planned and led by certified guides. Since 2015, we have conducted over 2,500 tours.

Our focus is on private tours – just you and your group. We also offer fixed small-group dates that are publicly bookable.

Our guided tours are available in German, English, Spanish and Italian. Additional languages are available on request. Bilingual groups are no problem either.

We offer walking tours, city tours in a VIP shuttle (Mercedes S-Class) or van, as well as special tours with public transport sections. Formats can be freely combined.

Tours last between 1 and 8 hours depending on the format. The compact Berlin in 60 Minutes tour is ideal when time is short, the Top 10 tour lasts 2 hours, the Top 20 tour about 3 hours. Custom tours can be booked from 2 hours and extended in 30-minute increments.

Yes – we offer guided tours in Potsdam, including Sanssouci Palace, Babelsberg Park and the Potsdam Old Town. Start time and duration are flexibly planned.

A private guided tour with TourguideMe starts from €45.00 per person (min. 2 paying guests). Children under 12 are free. Custom tours start from €145.00 per hour (min. 2 hours). All prices are final with no hidden costs.

The most popular tour – the Top 10 Attractions walking tour – costs €69.90 per person for 2 hours. The Currywurst Tour costs from €99.00 p.p., the VIP city tour in a Mercedes S-Class from €490.00 flat rate. Group offers from €290.00. Current prices can be found on our tours overview.

The price includes all guided tour services including preparation, delivery and personal assistance by the guide. Public transport tickets, admission fees and transfers are only included if expressly stated in the service description.

Bookings can be made online, by email, WhatsApp or phone. Simply let us know the date, preferred start time, duration, group size and language – we’ll confirm quickly with a suitable route and fixed price.

Yes, at TourguideMe short-notice bookings are often possible even on the same day – ideally at least 2 hours before the tour starts. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone for a quick response.

The walking tour takes place on foot, partly supplemented by public transport sections. Content, pace and breaks are individually tailored to the interests and needs of your group.

The standard meeting point is the Paul-Löbe-Haus in the government district (U5 Bundestag, S-Bahn Hauptbahnhof). Some tours have fixed meeting points (e.g. Hotel Adlon). On request, we can also pick you up at your hotel, train station or a custom location.

Yes – we are happy to pick you up at your hotel, Hauptbahnhof, trade fair or BER airport by arrangement. Hotel pick-up is available for all tours.

Our tours are suitable for couples, families with children, school groups, seniors, companies and teams – every tour is tailored to your needs. Pace, content and breaks are individually adjusted. Children under 12 participate free of charge.

In most cases, yes. Many routes are designed to be largely barrier-free. Please let us know your requirements in advance – we’ll plan the route with accessible paths and breaks. If needed, a VIP city tour in the Mercedes S-Class is available as an alternative to walking.

For advance invoicing, payment is due 7 days before the tour starts. Cash payment is possible on-site; credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) by prior arrangement.

Yes – all prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Invoices with itemised VAT are issued for corporate clients and are suitable for straightforward company accounting.

Standard tours (bookable online via our website): Generally free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Some tours have different deadlines (48 hours or 7 days) – the exact cancellation deadline is shown during booking and in the booking confirmation.

Custom tours (tailored tours, corporate and group bookings): Cancellation fees apply as per our Terms & Conditions – free up to 30 days before, 50% up to 14 days, 100% up to 7 days. The customer is permitted to prove that no or lesser damage has occurred.

German law applies. TourguideMe is not a package travel organiser within the meaning of §§ 651a et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Services are subject to the law on contracts for work (§§ 631 et seq. BGB). Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes: In case of default, interest of 9 percentage points above the base rate (businesses, § 288 para. 2 BGB) or 5 percentage points above the base rate (consumers, § 288 para. 1 BGB) is charged.

Yes – our tours take place in all weather conditions. We adapt the route and breaks to the weather. We recommend weatherproof clothing and comfortable shoes.

Yes – short breaks for food and drinks are possible at any time. Some tours (e.g. the Currywurst Tour) include culinary stops as part of the programme.

Often yes – especially on longer tours, individual sections are covered by S-Bahn, U-Bahn or bus. Public transport tickets are generally not included in the tour price unless expressly stated.

Yes – we offer VIP city tours in a Mercedes S-Class as well as tours in a van or bus. The route is flexible with individual stops.

Yes – we offer gift vouchers for guided tours in Berlin. Ideal as a gift for birthdays, anniversaries or as a corporate gift. Contact us for details.

Yes – in public spaces, photos and videos are allowed and actively encouraged at all times. In interior spaces (museums, memorials), the respective house rules apply.

TourguideMe is a brand of AnSou Anhalter Souvenirs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) based in Berlin. Managing director is Max Gonzalez – historian and certified tour guide. Since 2015, we have been offering private guided tours in Berlin and Potsdam.

The tour covers about 6 km on foot with breaks and is suitable for all age groups. Pace and breaks are individually adjusted.
