For the booking of our guided tours, we use the booking platform BookingKit<\/strong> (bookingkit GmbH, Berlin). When you book a tour via BookingKit, your data (e.g. name, email address, booking details, payment data) is processed by BookingKit on behalf of TourguideMe. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance). Further information can be found in the privacy policy of BookingKit.<\/p>\nIn addition, our tours are bookable on third-party platforms such as GetYourGuide<\/strong> and Tripadvisor<\/strong>. When booking via these platforms, their respective privacy policies apply. TourguideMe only receives the data necessary for the delivery of the tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

\u00a7 11 \u2013 Rights of Data Subjects<\/h2>\n
You have the following rights under the GDPR with regard to personal data concerning you:<\/p>\n
11.1. Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You may request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed. If such processing takes place, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the categories of data, recipients, the planned retention period, and your further rights.<\/p>\n
11.2. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or the completion of incomplete personal data.<\/p>\n
11.3. Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You may request the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you, provided that one of the legally prescribed grounds applies \u2013 for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, you revoke your consent, or you have objected to the processing and no overriding legitimate grounds for processing exist.<\/p>\n
11.4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
Under the conditions of Art. 18 GDPR, you may request the restriction of processing of personal data concerning you. In this case, the data may \u2013 apart from storage \u2013 only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.<\/p>\n
11.5. Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.<\/p>\n
11.6. Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. The controller shall then no longer process the data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.<\/p>\n
11.7. Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)<\/h3>\n
You have the right to withdraw your data protection consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>\n
11.8. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority (Art. 77 GDPR)<\/h3>\n
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
